Great room decor, but the uphill walk back after a long day was tough.

Steve and Kay made a fantastic impression right from the start. Their thoughtful touches included clear arrival instructions and a warm welcome. The Deluxe King Room felt cozy with nice decor, and the tea/coffee facilities were a nice perk. The highlight? The breakfast. Freshly cooked with excellent variety, I especially loved the quality of the fruit and the homemade jams. I found the neighborhood convenient, with a handy bus stop right outside for getting into Salisbury. the street noise forced me to keep the window closed, which made the room feel stuffy at times. The bathroom size was a bit cramped too. Although the uphill return to the guesthouse might be challenging after a long day exploring, overall, my stay was pleasant, thanks to Steve and Kay's hospitality.

Lovely stay in Salisbury 🎉
Kay and Steve were super kind, gave us a map which helped loads! The brekkie was such a treat, great choices of fruit and the cooked options were spot on. Our room was decorated so nicely, really felt at home!
The uphill walk back from town is a bit of a burn after a long day, ja!

Why it might work for you – or not
The delightful breakfast featuring fresh fruit and cooked options exceeded my expectations! the hosts were incredibly informative and welcoming, ensuring my stay was pleasant.
Finding a nearby parking spot was tricky at times! The room's bathroom could have been bigger, leading to a slightly restricted experience.

Lovely private rooms with great decor, convenient bus access to the city, stunning walking paths
Too far from the city center, uphill return after a long day!!! Small bathrooms lacking windows could certainly be improved!!! Limited parking availability during peak times was quite vexing!!!

The decor in the Deluxe King Room was delightful and well-kept, making for a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast included top-quality fresh fruits and a daily replenishment of refreshments. Just be aware that street noise is noticeable, and the room's ensuite could use a bit more space.

Just spent 3 nights in a super comfy Deluxe King Room! Kay's homemade cookies waiting for us were such a delightful surprise. The breakfast choices were on point—def loved the fresh fruit! Just wish the bathroom had a bit more space, but honestly, who cares when you're having this much fun?
